Help Uploading to Youtube

I was trying to upload a video I made with my droid to youtube and it told me that you can only upload large videos with wifi. I have a wifi router but it isnt hooked up all of the time because I only have 1 computer. Anyway I set it up and it is working fine, but when I tried to upload the video again it keeps saying 'Waiting to retry 2 minutes' or 'waiting to retry 1 minute'. If I touch and hold the upload and click retry, it says Uploading 0% for like a second and then it goes back to 'Waiting to retry 1 minute'

It has been like an hour already. Is anybody else having this problem?? The video i'm trying to upload is about 160 mb.

If it's a large video, then upload via wi-fi as uploading such a large file by 3g is a pain. Alsopoint to remember ( as i have been through this problem) while uploading the vide, disable the screen time out, else video won't be uploaded.
