So I got my tablet "fixed" when the screen cracked after an accident. Everything seemed fine at first. The screen rotated and the camera was right side up.
Went to take a photo last night and the picture wasn't just inverted, it was upside down!
This morning, it began to not rotate at all.
I'm wondering if they messed anything up or if it has a bug? I tired powering down and restarting, but that didn't work.
I don't have an "auto rotate" option in my display settings, so that's out.
What else left is there? I can't afford another $120 to get it fixed again, only to have it malfunction within days.
Edit: Tried to do a factory reset, but I just made it worse. Now it's stuck on a menu I can't get out of because instead of letting me click "next", it clicks "interaction control". I have no way to fix it now. :/
Edit 2: After 5 minutes of pushing "next", it finally went forward. However I can't continue because the button to do so is in the dead spot and there is no rotation. I'm going to love my new paper weight.
Edit 3: Got it to go through after hitting it a few times and really smashing my finger against it.. The factory reset did nothing but give me menus to clean up and clear out all my amazon prime music.
