Help Urgent Help needed... OS fully Deleted

Hi All
i accidently deleted my OS on Che2-L11 Honor 4x. I rooted and flashed TWRP and tried to install my firmware.zip but got error
Could not find 'META-INF/com/google/andrid/update-binary'
as only update.app in zip file no more folders. I tried with many firmwares but no result
Kindly help...

Try installing a newer version of TWRP for the device. Just flash from existing TWRP and then "Reboot Recovery"

Asif, You can't flash a zip containing UPDATE.APP, and UPDATE.APP is meant for huawei recovery entry. I too had a problem like this. Im having Huawei G700 and i resolved . Solution:

1. Charge your mobile.
2. Extract that firmware.zip into a folder naming "dload"
3. So, now have these : A folder "dload" in which the file UPDATE.APP is containing.
4. Now format you memory card. Copy the dload folder into the memory card.
5. Insert the card to your device.
6. Power Off your phone.
7. Now press VOLUME UP + VOLUME DOWN+POWER BUTTON at the same time for 5-8 seconds until the update process starts.
8. The phone will automatically install.
9. Done Baby.....

No... it will not.... TWRP doesnot support huawei's UPDATE.APP structure.

No... it will not.... TWRP doesnot support huawei's UPDATE.APP structure.

Didn't know that. Why do these OEMs have to make everything so difficult?
Thats why I stick to Nexus. Android the way it was intended.

1. You need to download the firmware from http://download-c.huawei.com/download/downloadCenter?downloadId=81243&version=323278&siteCode=lk.
2. Inside the downloaded zip you will find instructions, read that.
3. USE THE SP FLASH TOOL as mentioned inside the Readme file.

sir nothing worked but i managed to install a new OS- FIUI Rom just like Huawei EMUI...
but now a problem... It is Android 6.0 and no factory setting or any update available...
i want to know is it possible to install kitkat 4.4.2?

But doing that , is not good. Downgrading is not good i think. Anyway u can use your phone right ? Be with that. . Don't go into further problems.

Yes Phone is now working perfect... many problem in Android 6.0 due to law in USA... no call recordings and many others...
