urgent help!!!

I have htc sensation, and today, the menu keys all stopped working (home, menu, back search). No matter how many times I turn it off and turn it on, factory reset, it doesn't fix it. It's extremely impossible to use the phone without the back and home keys...

This is why you don't make touch screen menu keys HTC!!!!!!

I mean the keys light up and everything, but there's just no response whatsoever. I don't eve know if this is the right board but I'm using my phone to post het.

First: Did you try pulling the battery out and let it sit for a minute?

Second: Are you rooted? If yes, flash a new kernel.

If no: Either take it back to the vendor, or you can root and try to fix the problem yourself. The first option is within a warranty (which should actually be a year on the device, but not to escape your contract) and you should get a new device. The second chances to void your warranty, but will likely fix the problem, as I bet it's just software that went a little haywire. If you root, you'd need to install a new kernel or re-flash the stock one.
