I need urgent help! my samsung galaxy II screen froze, and i cant even answer phone calls. how do i un freeze the damn screen?

Pull the battery out. Put it back in and try to boot up. Sorry for your difficulty.

Before performing a battery pull, I would try to hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds. See if that reboots your phone automatically.

Welcome to Android Forums. I hope you have gotten this issue resolved. Something to remember with these type of smartphones (ones with removable batt): Whenever you are having problems -- removing and reinserting the battery should be one of the first troubleshooting steps to do. Nine(9) out of Ten(10) times, this method usually FIXES most problems.
