In normal menu which appears when I press 'Menu' button
i want to add new item like 'new contacts' that should be beside normal items like messages , contacts , settings ..etc

I'm guessing you don't have any replies since

1) You don't know the definition of urgent

and

2) We have no idea what you are talking about

Pressing the Menu buttons does different things depending on where you are. Which app are you talking about?

You generally can't customize the Menu within apps. There may be another way to do what you want though.

Or, are you pressing Menu on the home screen? Which phone and launcher are you using? All of them will be different, and the one that came with your phone likely cannot be customized.
