You have to choose the right RUU (download it) on HTCDev.com when you unlock the bootloader.

Hi,

What's displayed on HBoot? (Press Power+ Vol. Down).

Which guide do you follow here....?

You have to install HTC Sync, SDK for Android and Java runtime must be installed on your PC to understand your phone.


These info needed for further suggestion.

Also, make sure HTC sync is not running in the background. Kill it if it's in task manager. That can cause problems

I saw simlock down not top of the screen and HBOOT 1.08.0000.

I'm trying to do step 3b again, when I connected in charge only mode, my phone is not recognized.

Sometimes it'll take around 5 mins. So, just wait and proceed with it.
