Help urgh... please help

Heya - I've been having some issues with my Samsung Galaxy mini GT-S5570.
Im not very good with techno lingo, so if anyone can help me, use small words lol.

Randomly while listening to my music, it pauses all by itself or shuts down completely if it so feels like it.

Also, just recently it has been turning itself off and I cannot turn it back on without removing the battery.

Ive just recently hooked it up to the 3G network so I can access the internet on the go and installed "Viber" could this be affecting anything?

Have the issues cropped up since you installed Viber? Uninstall it, reboot and see if the issue(s) remain. The same goes for any other apps or widgets you've installed recently. If that doesn't find the culprit, turn off the 3g data for a while. If the problem remains, you're next step would be a factory data reset. Before you do that make sure your contacts and calender are sync'd with Google and you have your Google account info handy because you will be wiping your phone clean (not your sd card). I know these things can be frustrating, but the solution is usually surprisingly simple once you find the cause. You are not alone. Good luck!!
