Root [US Celluar] s 4 via bluetooth through music

okay so at first I have a galaxy 3 and towards the end of that there was some update and I was able to play music through the music player via bluetooth tab and then when I got the Galaxy S 4 it was not there and then there was an update and it was there under music played via bluetooth selection and it said something like G music I did a hard reset at the cellular phone place and now its gone again and nobody has any clue on what it was that made it play...I've called Samsung I've called US Cellular I've called Cadillac?????? Plz help
