I bought a US Cellular Galaxy Note II hoping to unlock and use with my current AT&T account but have had no luck in doing so. Someone told me last night that due to the fact that US Cellular and At&t use different technologies that I can't do this. Is there no way around the issue? Thanks in advance!

True. It's like putting diving planes on a car and expecting it to turn into a submarine. The "way around" is to sell the phone and buy a phone that works on AT&T. The cost of actually "converting" the phone to work on AT&T would buy you a few AT&T Note 3s with a lot of change left over.

As far as cellphones go, ask your questions before you spend your money (or damage your phone by following the instructions posted on some site by someone whose ability you don't know).

A lot of LTE phones these days are packing in both the CDMA, LTE, WCDMA and GSM radios. (CMDA is USCC, VZW, etc., GSM is AT&T, TMob). Unfortunately, the USCC version of your device does not have the GSM radios. The Sprint version does.

Sorry. good luck
