Apps US CreditCard & Address

Hello everybody

I guess there are quite some people that would like to sell their Apps on the Android Market but simply can't because they're in the wrong country.
I personally don't see the problem. I can send money via Paypal to everywhere on the globe, I can make transactions to everywhere on the globe using my bank and I can also receive transactions from everywhere in the world. It's just weird that a billion dollar company obviously can't do that.

Well, anyways, enough ranting.

I was wondering if there is something like a service that gets you a US Credit Card on your name and a Address.
Is that possible? Is it legal? And most importantly: Is it safe or do you risk getting screwed over?

This just happens to be the way Google handles its payments ... Countries do get added ... but I have no idea what the criteria or logic is in this process.

I know paypal has a gadget that allows you to create a temporary Visa card number that is linked to your paypal account.

I'm not sure how that handles countries though. The cards country will probably match the country of your paypal account though.
