Usb 3.0

Hi, I have found that if I connect my phone to the computer using a USB 3.0 port it does not recognise it, it will charge through USB 3.0 but doesn't show the phone in Windows explorer or Kies. If I swap the lead to a USB 2.0 port it immediately recognises the phone and displays it in Windows Explorer and Kies, is there a known problem with the s3 and USB 3.0? Phil
p.s. I am running Windows 8.1 Preview on my computer.

Hey philayl,

I've experienced this issue on my Samsung Galaxy Nexus, so I don't think it's restricted to the SGS3 (or even just Samsung devices).

Using a USB 2.0 port like you did seemed to do the trick.
