usb charging?

when pluged in my laptop charging.. it acts like im touching 3 or 4 spots at a time.. anyone else notice`this?`or is it just me
 
I get this weird things when i plug my spec to AC charging. I found it when i try to use my keyboard (ex: when i touch letter "A", there are some letter that automatic inserted), so its like my screen is having "touch jumping"?

To resolve this, i unplugged it, then its back to normal
