Friends,
I have this Samsung Galaxy S3 I9300.
Mostly I use AC power to charge the phone but at times I have to use my laptop USB port for charging. However this leads to a problem.
By using USB charging, even if I charge it 100%, the batter draining very fast & comes down by approx 30% within 2 hours of time. That too without any heavy load, continuous voice usage and all.
The does not happen when I charge by AC power.
My question is:
--Should I assume that USB charging is not reliable?
--And when it says 100%, it is not actually 100%?
--Is USB charging safe & should be used as preferred method of charging at all?
FYI, i use Battery doctor but does not seem much help.
