Help USB Connection (Internet Pass Through)

Hello, i'm sorry to make a new thread for this question again... I looked at those threads which discussed about this question... But they are not solving my problem...

Is't possible for internet pass through? Even i installed HTC Sync Manager, and my laptop firewall closed, my HTC Desire X still cannot access to internet...

After i clicked Internet Pass Through, my laptop network will appear a Unidentified Network (which's refer to my network between my laptop and my phone) and No internet access...

Hope will have someone to lend me a hand for solving this problem Thankssssssss....
