I'm having a USB connection issue with my laptop, which runs Windows 7.
I have a Droid Razrr. It plugged in before and could allow me access as a USB connection, able to transfer files between the two, etc.
USB debugging is on.
My laptop recognizes other USB storage devices and works with them fine.
The computer wanted to install an LG Electronics driver, which I did.
I'm fairly confused as to why it isn't working. I've run virus scans on both, so far, it's clean. It seems to be that the computer isn't recognizing the phone as a storage device, and the phone only thinks it's hooked up to an outlet.
I tried... uh... Serviwin to check the USBSTORE... it's set to stopped and will not let me turn it to start, that sounds like part of the problem to me.
Any advice?
