What do you mean by "bricked"? Different people use it to mean different things (e.g. some people just mean a bootloop, others mean a state where you'll need specialist equipment to do anything with it), so the answer depends on how you are using this term. Describe its state, what it does react to and what it doesn't, then we'll know whether there are any options.
I don't know SP flash tool (I've just used fastboot directly when flashing anything), but for most devices you would flash from fastboot/download mode. So the main question is whether you can get into the bootloader or not (assuming Android isn't bootable and you don't have a custom recovery, so USB debugging isn't an option).
