USB Debugging Mode? Problem or normal?

I just got a Galaxy Ace, and everytime I connect it with the USB, it connects in USB Debugging Mode and everytime I have to switch it to the two other modes. And thats only if I have Kies installed.

Is that normal behaviour?

I think you can turn that off ,when i connect my phone (i dont use kies) i also get usb debugging connected and usb connected.

I get the USB debugging no matter if I connect it to Kies or not. Thats my probem. Also, every time I turn it off, when I disconnect and reconnect I get the same error.

Even in my case also the same thing happens...but the good thing for me is I need to just send the files from my computer to the root of the SD card and I do that by right clicking on the file and choosing "send to" and then to the removable disk representing my phone. Are others too experiencing the same effect?
