Which features of android mobiles get disabled when usb debugging mode is on?​

It allows Developers to Test Applications. It gives access to run SDK on the Mobile.

To my knowledge nothing gets disabled. Titanium backup says USB debugging needs to be on in order for it to work properly. I have it on and everything works fine.

I've been trying Zoner AV, and it doesn't give a "safe" status unless USB debugging is off. I've always had it on, but have it off now. Don't think it really effects anything... just turn it on as needed.
