usb debugging

HI all
yet not get solution on usb debugging mode , for synchronizing my phone with my win 7

i m using HTC explorer 310e

Samir, welcome to Android Forums :hello:

You should not need to enable USB debugging to sync your phone with Windows 7. Have you installed the latest version of HTC Sync?

If for some reason you still need to enable USB debugging, go to Settings > Applications > Development > USB debugging.
