Every time I plug my Galaxy Note into the USB port I get "usb device not recognized". I have:
1. Changed ports
2. Changed cable.
3. Uninstalled KIES and usb drivers, deleted all keys in the registry related to Samsung, deleted the program files\samsung folder, rebooted and reinstalled
4. Cleaned out the usb port with a toothbrush
5. Ticked/unticked "Allow mock locations", and "USb debugging"
Connnects ok via bluetooth, but not usb. Used to work Ok, then I updated to ICS, though I can't be sure that the problem is related to ICS.
I am running Win 7 64 bit
Any ideas?
If anyone has Samsung UK's support tel number (can't find it on their web site), let me know what it is please.
TIA
