Usb Doesnt Show Up

I'll plug my Usb to my phone which is connected to my computer & it says charging & it actually charges but no notification comies up as it did before. Before it would be an option asking whether or not to connect, but now it doesnt show up at all not even the usb symbol in the notification bar. I Need Help cause i wanna add some songs & pictures to my phine from my computer. PLEASE!

*p.s ive tried the debugging thing, turned my phone off, mounted the sd card, checked it a couple times. HEEEELLLLP PLEEASSEE!!!!!!!
