Have you tried getting in contact with the device manufacturer? I think this would be a good move on your part.

P.s. You should check in with the other members of this device. I would have moved your thread to its area of support, but I have no idea what device you have.

i emailed the seller they could not help

Not the seller, the manufacturer.

For example, if I bought a Samsung Galaxy from Carphone Warehouse and have driver problems, I email Samsung, not CPW.

Apparently the phone is from some absolutely unknown Chinese manufacturer (named "abo"?). The only way for you now would be to Google "abo A810" in attempt to find the manufacturer's contact information and ask them about a driver.

But why exactly do you need to connect the phone to your PC? Everything these days could be done wirelessly. In case of this phone it's more tricky though, as it doesn't have WiFi. But if you have data plan with your mobile operator, you can use that. Another option would be to try using Bluetooth, though I'm not sure if it will be possible to transfer data trough that.

In general you should just stay away from those cheap Chinese devices made by unknown manufacturers, unless you know exactly what you're dealing with.
