USB Driver Help

Hey Fellow Droiders,

Hoping someone can give me some help with my little problem

I recently formatted my PC, total wipe. After i installed the basic programs ( AV etc ) I plugged my phone into the usb slot to download the Samsung drivers, which happens automatically but for some reason they never installed properly

Now when i plug my phone in i get a message saying the Hardware ID is missing and it can't be recognised



Does anyone know how i can fix this? or how i can uninstall the drivers that partially installed ( surmising that may be the problem )

Download the Kies program for your computer (lost the link but you can google it). Install it then on the tools menu, select "update drivers". It will download the appropriate Samsung drivers.
