I have a Galaxy Note 3 and I recently had my phone unlocked using the USB Developer options. Since then (and it might not be related), I can't hook up my phone to my laptop and use the File Transfer option.
I have tried turning debugging off and revoking USB debugging authorisations. I'm out of ideas now, as I can't see the option to turn it back on anywhere in the UI.
I have also tried 3 previously working USB leads to make certain its not that.
