I cannot get my phone to connect other than to charge the battery to the computer. Could someone PLEASE direct me to the site to download the drivers? I have a Samsung Intercept.

My wife has the Samsung Galaxy S and the software for that is Kies (or something like that)... I am not familiar with your phone... I am not even sure which version you have (if there's a difference between the two)... check these forums out:

Samsung does a great disservice to Android by enabling Kies mode as the default usb connection. To add insult to injury, in the US the only Kies available is Kies mini for system updates only.
If TouchWiz on the Intercept follows the same menus as the Captivate, unplug your phone, tap menu>settings>applications>usb settings and select "ask on connection". That way when you plug in your phone you will get a box asking how you want to connect. If you select mass storage, it will appear on your PC as a flash drive, no special drivers required. From there you can just copy files to and from your phone.
