USB FLASH DRIVE vs MICROSDHC

Ok. I have been wondering. What is the main difference in using these in my norm day. I use it to store movies and write to other computers or play on a device.

Is there a real speed difference that should force me toward another side?

I usually read/write over 2gbs of data, sometimes more with bluray's.

So what is the con/pro for either?

How are you writing to/reading from your MicroSD? If it's a USB adapter, it won't be faster than the USB drive anyways.

I'm not sure of the write/read speed standards for the microsdhc on it's own, but since you're using a USB adapter anyways, the two options would be approximately the same speed.

I personally prefer carrying a USB flash drive with me, but whichever is easier for you is the right choice - speed shouldn't vary much in this case.

Like The_Gnome_ said, you're using a card reader, that is connected with usb. No matter how fast the card itself, it can only go as fast as the usb can.
