When I put my USB flash drive in the USB port. How do I see the files that are on it ? Also I want to put the files on my tablet. Also can this tablet support a USB CD/DVD external drive ?? Thanks.

If the device has USB OTG, yes it can "see" and copy files from a USB flash drive using the file browser. CD and DVD drives can't be used AFAIK.
My tablet supports my WD Passport Ultra,Which I have everything on it,But the power cable to the tablet has to be plugged in.
Mobile Android devices can work with hard drives via USB, but power can be an issue. So either you have to have it plugged in, or a powered USB hub should work as well.
Something that caught me out the other day with a new Seagate USB drive. The format of a drive....
Android can't work with Mac OS (HFS Plus) format. If it was formatted as FAT32 or exFAT, Android sees the full 2TB and all files no problem.
I usually use a Macbook.
