It does support USB Host Mode. There are a few users who reported they got it working using Y USB cables for data and power and with USB Hubs.

Much thanks. I want this so that I can upload pictures from an SLR camera.

I do the same on my Galaxy Tab 10.1, works flawlessly with my Nikon D90.
