Accessories USB Hub and a webcam?

I'm looking for hope.

Samsung galaxy tab connected via USB to a powered USB hub.

USB webcam connected to the USB hub.

I'm wanting to connect to and record from the USB connected webcam on the Galaxy Tab.

possible?
