My phone USB connector getting loose. Win7 detect on and off. During the connection from USB to my laptop, win detect the phone and off. Charging seem fine, not transfer or usb tethering. Win7 detect the phone and off. Is anyone have this problem or just me. Can contact virgin mobile for replacement?

I had this problem before I bought a new USB DATA/CHARGING cable from ebay. My phone was only able to charge and not connect to my laptop before I bought a new cable.

Yeah that happened to me before. It was just the cable

I still have my stock and my other batteries I have an anker 1500 sporting persistence 1700 and Max power 2000 and I prefer the sporting persistance, but they're all last about the same

Also lets put threads like this in the main thread and not all things root

If its the end that plugs into the PC you can slightly pinch it and you'll feel its getting a much better/tighter connection

As for using other cables, I would just toss up a warning if your using a different cable for charging, data should be fine, but I've used many different cables for charging and some of them are no good

For example my friend has the new Samsung note Lte, thing is huge, looks like a mini tablet but the charge cable is as thin as string, I figured I could use it to charge my phone and almost started a fire, after almost 2 hours my battery only went up about 10 percent but the phone was to hott to touch I thought I broke it lol and the thin charge cable was so hot it felt like play-dough

So just watch it close when using a different cable for the first time
