USB Mass Storage Device Setting

I have a Samsung HDTV that I would like have recognize my Nexus S 4g as a USB Mass Storage Device. Is there any way of doing this?

I've loaded pics and movies into my phone that I'd like to play on the big screen. I went into settings and turned off the USB Debugging, but nothing popped up.

Phone's not rooted and Im going to keep in vanilla for now. No biggie, just wanted to see if it can be done.

well is the TV connected to your home network? if so then yes. You can use some sort of DLNA app. like imedia share. It connects your wifi connected phone to your tv. Also USB debugging is more for ROM stuff.
