When I plug my Razr into the USB port on my laptop, I get a few options for USB connections; PC, Media Sync, USB Mass Storage, Charge. These are not documented in the manual, what is the difference between them?
Those are android options, USB allows you to use your phone like a thumb drive or to put music on it if you like. Sync is to sync your contact, and charge only is to just charge and allow your phone to remain active, i.e. not go into slave mode.
You are welcome, I'm very techy and love new stuff but that doesn't mean I don't feel dumb sometimes by Android. However I'm still fairly new to Android and I am always very thankful for help from the community.
