Help USB mount problem

Are we talking about the phone's internal storage mounting or just the SD card? My SD card mounts just fine without any drivers installed.

All else fails try downloading pda Net...the 64 bit version of windows is a known issue....real problem....

What's interesting about it is ...

For my Samsung Moment I don't recall having to do anything special w/ Win Vista 64, and I can still connect the Moment and access the Moment SD card w/ Win Vista 64, no trouble. So I know what it all looks like when its working.

I downloaded and installed the USB driver package from Samsung web site (hoping the Transform would be supported). Transform still won't work.

I don't know if I want to keep downloading and installing things (the SDK, as in Software Development Kit?).

It should be working for the Transform as well as it does for the Moment.

Thanks,
-Gary K

I have been running into the same problem on the Mac side. At home we are having no luck mounting through any means (usb debugging, mounting apps, petting the phone and telling it I love it) on our new iMac i5 quad-core through DoubleTwist. However I just took it to work and plugged it into my newer iMac Core2 Duo and it works fine. Any ideas for the Mac side?

Hey guys, I just spoke with Samsung about 5 minutes ago and they informed me that the Transform does not support mounting to a MAC.

I searched all over and could not find a fix until I remembered a possible fix that worked.

- ##8778# on dial pad
- Under USB, if PDA is selected change back to Modem

In my case, I had to change both UART and USB to PDA in order re-enable USB mount.

Hope this helps.

You are the man! I Luv U! :D

It freakin did! I was ready to throw the phone in my pond. Ha d similar troubles with Galaxy Prevail "Hard Bricked" and LG Optimus S "Rooted successfully".

Now I can root my Transform... as soon as I can find a post where someone actually knows how
