Help USB not connecting

Got a small problem with my Galaxy ace, just recently ive been trying to connect my phone to my pc via usb, just to upload some new music. Since i got the phone ive been using the Samsung kies program and its been working fine until the past few days. I have tried to use my phone on several pcs and the phone will not connect to any of them.

Any suggestions?

maybe it's a settings problem
check the connectivity settings and see what happens
if the problem remains you should consult the Service center
as it may be a hardware problem.
