Root Usb not recognized after rooting !

After rooting my samsung admire it doesn't go into usb debugging mode when I plug my cable in and when I tether I now get that "metro pcs blocked tethering " msg. Before I rooted I could tether with pdanet and my laptop recognized my phone when I plugged it in in but not now... Help please!

re-install your usb driver for the admire and try again
