Help usb not recognized on phone when plugged into pc

i have the usb cord plugged in my galaxy s and to the pc and the phone only recognized on it as a charger. I am trying to upload pictures to my pc.

What settings do you have for usb
Settings->Wireless and Network->USB-Settings->(should be mass storage)

Thanks for your help. It worked. I figured i posted this incorrectly i was very frustrated when i was trying to post this i had no patiences left what so ever.
