Root USB otg

I see a "Mouse/Trackpad" > "Pointer Speed" setting in "Language and Input" settings area. This leads me to assume there is at least some comparability. otg should be a feature that is coded into more and more android devices as time passes(coded in at kernel level, or close above it).
