Root usb shows up on phone but not pc

today i erased sd card, i have it backed up on pc but when i plugged it in it showed on phone but not pc.Also i recently started using cwm 5.0.2.8 but today when i erased sd i was in the middle of flashing a rom so it got stopped and erased in mid flash so does any one know why my usb is acting up? is it because my back up is 5.0.2.7 and the upgrade of cwm is not very compatible ? i need the back up files on my pc!! btw i am using the same cord and debugging is on sd card is mounted and responsive but is all gone so there you go anyone???

Did you try using a different cord?
 
hey guys today i was flashing a rom and mid way i erased the sd so i never flashed it but i did a back up of everything on my pc so i had a nandriod back up that was on the 5.0.2.7 im on 2.8 now so when i plugged in usb it shows on phone but not pc im using the same cord as and im in debugging mode as well i think it could have something to do with the upgrade in cwm and maybe the rom is not really totally compatible so it doesnt show up on pc any ideas please help!
 
Try a different SD card...

OR just get micro SD card adapter and a SD to USB adapter and transfer from there... ;)
