USB Storage Damaged.

Hello,
My name is Sopha. Nice to be here for asking some question. My Samsung Galaxy S got a problem. As it appeared that "USB storage damaged. You may have to reformat it". So how should I do for this? Please feel free to give me some ideas.

I think you'd have to go with a factory reset.
There should be an option in the Settings somewhere to do so or you can try turning off your phone and holding vol up and power.
