I guess you mean the internal storage ..
You can either connect to a PC and use Windows Explorer to delete files and directories or you could install a File Manager from Play and use that.
Be careful about what you delete: apps use this storage for files that need in order to be able to run. I would suggest, if in doubt, make sure you keep a backup.

Iirc the S2 comes with the My Files app installed, which will do the job.
