USB tether no 3g?

Ive used usb tether on launch day with no probs. On day 2 I used unrevoked and wifi tether for both 3g and 4g with no probs. i installed the ota update which killed unrevoked so ive had to revert to usb tethering. My question is -- does it only work on 4g? I havent been able to usb tether 3g.

Yes, but I use PDAnet. I haven't tried the stock tethering option.

Just download Easy Tether. That has worked for me through all updates and anything.

try a different app, EasyTether works fine for me on hero, evo, and moment, never rooted anything before, no hacks, no macs.
