USB tethering without settings app

So a while back I screwed up accidentally deleting settings...got my phone running fine again but now my issue is internal space.

I have link2sd and am trying to mov =e as much as I can to my sd card but it is no longer working because I need to turn on usb tethering

You guys have any ideas or a way around this??

Does your computer allow you to insert SD cards?

Yes, are you able to dl an app straight to an sd card from your computer?

yea move apps. I have plenty of storage free at 16gb sdcard.

Since you're rooted, try using this app to accomplish this:

No this option is not working either it is still telling me that USB tethering is not enabled. Is there not a way I can move apps to the SD card from a computer?
