Help USB thetering issue

Hello

Do you have any types for this problem?

I have tried to connect galaxy xcover via USB to PC in thetering mode to access internet. The problem is, that although all drivers are successfully installed, connection to internet failed.

Symptoms:

USB cable original - OK
Drivers Samsung signed - OK
SAMSUNG Mobile USB Remote NDIS Network Device - FAILED (still disabled, not possible to enable, it looks like going on but still off) - I mean local connection

The same symptoms for debugging mode and normal mode.

Reinstallation was not helpful.

Remark:
I have another Android device installed in my PC (Huawei MediaPad). USB connection and thetering is without problems.

So the plan is to access the internet through the data plan of your phone? If so, do you know if you're carrier enables that service for free?

If that's not the case, could you explain the problem a bit more?
