Help Use ringtones with alarm?

Please tell me I can do this...I have made some ringtones with ringdroid, but all I have access to is the different alarms. Is there a way to use the ringtones for my alarm?

I've read that you need to create a folder named Alarms on the SD card and put the mp3's in there and it will find them. I haven't tested this yet.
