I have a new Blakeview 5900, each time I answer a call and add my earphones, I can no longer hear the caller. This follows with a message stating, use voice with wired headphones when the phone is locked! I have looked at previous answers which was 5 years ago and cannot find Voice under my language input. Can someone please help urgently! I cannot hear well without my earphone and there is no speaker icon. The volume is up to maximum.
