I have a Galaxy s3 with AA&T running 4.3. I can use S Voice ok but only after I push the app. I can not answer or make calls using the voice commands. Nor can I take a picture using them either. All settings that I can find are checked to allow this to happen but it doesn't. Can someone provide a list of settings necessary that should be adjusted for this feature to work or what the problem might be? If I could, I'd go back to 4.2 or 4.1 but I read that can't be done with AT&T.
