Help User dictionary

I broke my phone yet again, but luckily had a backup on my external SD. After getting my replacement, I used the backup to get my phone back to where I had it. Everything works exactly as before, except the built in user dictionary. I am not sure what the deal is. The suggestion word shows when I tap on the incorrectly spelled word, but if I tap on any suggested word, it immediately crashes whatever app I am using. It does it with every single app, so I'm sure it's the dictionary. Anyone have any idea how I can remedy this?

I should have specified, I have previously cleared the cache and data. I also tried disabling the app. Neither of which helped. Disabling the app appeared to do nothing at all, as the suggestions still appeared like normal. The cache and data are currently at 0 and cannot be cleared (greyed out).
