Using AR to detect hitting a drawn point

Hi,

I'd like to establish if this is possible with Android.

• Using the camera to point to an object
• You draw a positional line on the camera to identify when a moving object on the camera reaches that point.
• If it goes over the line it will make a sound.

I'm thinking of this use case for sports training when learning a new position.
