I am unable to sync my HTC one xl with my Mac OS X Version 10.6.8. I have just installed the most recent HTC Sync Manager. It looked like it was starting to back up and then the error message came up when it was at sync:1% 'Unable to sync. Please reconnect your device [34].' Help much appreciated. I have never been able to back up my phone.
